Summary of responsibilities
-Manage customer queries in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
-Serve Alcoholic/Non-Alcoholic beverages in accordance of provincial regulations
-Ensure knowledge of menus and all special promotions
-Ensure mis-en-place is well stocked at all floor locations
-Follow correct reporting procedures if faced with customer complaints
-Ensure Food and Beverage orders are of a consistently good standard and delivered in a timely manner
-Accurately records all sales of Food and Beverages, process billing, complete POS daily closeout procedures
-Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area
-Follows all procedures, including opening and closing inventories, side station responsibilities and re stocking as required
-Offer product suggestions to increase sales and heighten guest satisfaction
-Ensure that Kaneff Golf uniform policy is adhered to at all times
-Ensure that all staff arrives to work on time and the schedule is done according with the number of golfers and reservations.
– Work in any area requiring additional staffing.

Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
