CLINIC COORDINATOR
We are a growing holistic wellness clinic based in Toronto with multiple locations, and we’re looking to hire a part-time Clinic Coordinator.
Clinic Coordinator Responsibilities
- Overseeing clinic daily operations.
- Liaising with healthcare professionals and patients about treatment plans.
- Ensuring waiver forms, and patient intake forms are completed.
- Implement cleaning and sanitizing procedures in between use.
- New patient orientation.
- Product and Service Sales.
- Develop procedures to optimize patient care.
- Client intake, providing best in client services, introducing healthcare providers as well as services to new patients.
- Managing internal and external communications and answering queries.
- Opening and closing client procedures.
- Execute a results-driven social media strategy.
- Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
- Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
- Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
- Enjoy working with people but also comfortable working independently.
Clinic Coordinator Requirements
- Located in the GTA
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Fluent in English, other languages are a bonus
- Passionate for healthcare, wellness, and serving the community
- Professional demeanour and appearance
- Experience in clinical operations
- Exceptional organizational skills to ensure high-quality of services
- Knowledge of scheduling systems and general computer literacy required
- Proficiency in managing budget and billing
- Competency with computer-based POS systems such as Square, Jane, Canva
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for liaising with patients, healthcare as well and the public
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
