Livewell Health and Physiotherapy is currently seeking a administrative assistance to fulfill the role at the front desk. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and organized candidate to join our busy medical clinic in Kitchener (Sunrise Plaza area).

LiveWell Health & Physiotherapy is a multi-disciplinary clinic offering an array of healthcare solutions including: Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, Registered Massage Therapy, Custom Orthotics, Acupuncture, and more!

Position :

Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Hours :

Monday and Wednesday 9am – 6pm & Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 8 – 3:30.

Skills Required :

-Ability to multi-task in a busy clinic setting: checking patients in & out of appointments; handling cash transactions; booking appointments; answering telephone calls; sending & receiving emails & faxes; maintaining office cleanliness/laundry upkeep.

-Effective Communication between practitioners.

-Excellent Customer Service.

-Computer Skills.

Position Start Date : Immediately.

Job Type: Full-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
