Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
Hours :
Monday and Wednesday 9am – 6pm & Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 8 – 3:30.
Skills Required :
-Ability to multi-task in a busy clinic setting: checking patients in & out of appointments; handling cash transactions; booking appointments; answering telephone calls; sending & receiving emails & faxes; maintaining office cleanliness/laundry upkeep.
-Effective Communication between practitioners.
-Excellent Customer Service.
-Computer Skills.
Position Start Date : Immediately.

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
