LivingWorks is seeking an LivingWorks Compliance Program Admin About the Position As a member of the Program Planning and Delivery Team, this role provides administrative services to the Compliance Manager as well as ASIST and safeTALK trainers and participants. Key Accountabilities The position includes the following responsibilities:

• Reactivations processing and webinar administrative support;
• Workshop data entry and screening for non-standard procedures;
• Providing feedback to trainers for standard workshops;
• Escalating non-standard workshop feedback to the Quality Assurance Team;
• Collaborating with Delivery and Quality Assurance teams via phone, email or Zoom meeting regularly to explore and adapt best practices for supporting trainers with workshop feedback, and address non-standard anomalies;
• Attend weekly Quality Assurance meetings and
• Use of FileMaker and Confluence databases is required.
• Other duties as assigned Education and Experience
• Minimum of post-secondary diploma or equivalent in an administrative studies field.
• Minimum three years of experience working in an office environment providing administrative services to multiple clients. Competencies and Attributes:
• Demonstrated attention to detail;
• Demonstrated customer service skills;
• Demonstrated proficiency working with database administration tools and software;
• Advanced level of proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite software;
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of an administrative team and independently as required, and
