About the position
The Business Development Representative will be responsible for promoting sales to existing and new customers in one or more markets. He/she will implement marketing plans and programs to achieve profitable revenue growth by positioning LKQ Canada Auto Parts as the “supplier of choice” in the automotive repair industry.

What is a Business Development Representative position at LKQ like?
- Work that is mainly done on the road,
- Identify customers and market opportunities,
- Develop a list of potential clients, and set up the follow-up process,
- Telemarketing for new and existing customers,
- Identify customer needs,
- Prioritize existing accounts and maintain relationships,
- Gather market and competitive information,

- Provide customer feedback on site performance/satisfaction,

What is the ideal profile?
- Automotive background or at least 5 years of sales experience (B2B),
- College/University diploma,
- Must be able to do SWOT analysis & Sales Forecasting, and
- Must have good communication skills as well as a strategic mind
