LMC Footcare, a division of LMC Healthcare, is looking for a Chiropody Coordinator to join our team to help support our Footcare Specialists. This is a permanent full-time position.

Our 60+ Endocrinologists, many of whom are nationally renowned for their areas of expertise, are supported by an interdisciplinary team of highly qualified Medical Office Administrators, Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses, Registered Dietitians, Physician Assistants, Pharmacists, Optometrists, Opticians, Optical Assistants, Chiropodists and Clinical Research Professionals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Co-Creation, implementation and ongoing support of operational policies and procedures
- Provide daily on-site operational support and training to Chiropody and Clinic operations team members
- Onboarding of new footcare providers
- Operational content creation for onboarding and training purposes
- EMR lead
Essential skills:
- Experience using EMR systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Thrive on problem solving
- Comfortable working with a wide variety of individuals to accomplish goals
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
The role will include clinical visits across the LMC Healthcare Corporation of clinics. A competitive salary and travel expenses will be provided. The Director of Chiropody and Footcare will be your primary point of contact. The entire head office team will work to support you.
