L’Moor Looking for Supply Chain Specialist at Alnwick/Haldimand, Ontario, Canada Full Time

As the full-time Fulfillment Specialist at L’Moor, you’ll collaborate with our Client Success Manager, Nicole, to prepare outgoing orders that delight our clients every day. Your goal will be to ensure our clients get the products they need, quickly and accurately. Your hard work will help L’Moor’s growing list of loyal clients meet the needs of their own clients, and contribute to their long-term success. This is an expanding role that will develop to include purchasing and sourcing innovative products to add to our extensive lineup of professional spa, esthetic, and wellness products.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Packing and shipping outgoing orders and receiving incoming inventory (the ability to lift 50 lbs. is vital)
• Managing all client order documents (sales orders, pick lists, and invoices)
• Using our accounting system to ensure pricing accuracy and make inventory decisions to ensure we have just the right amount on hand to meet our client needs
• Monitoring the status of client and vendor orders with the precision of a Swiss watch.
• Supporting trusting relationships with our vendors.
• Collaboration with team members to support the business goals (we speak in .gifs!)
• Maintain tidiness and organization in our warehouse

To be seriously considered for this role, please bring the following qualifications:

• At least 1 year of education or experience working in one or more aspects of the supply chain industry.
• Meticulous attention to detail combined with the flexibility to consider non-traditional ways of getting a job done.
• Confidence in embracing new technology, especially cloud-based and mobile. Even better if you can show us new ways of working with our tech!
• Be inventive and not afraid to take initiative to make the job and team *better*.
• Ability to regularly *pivot* with changing priorities.
