VP of Manufacturing and Optimization – Solution Equipment Systems

Our client is an innovative manufacturer and leader in their space, that’s been experiencing impressive growth; and due to this success are motivated to build and strengthen their executive team. With their destructive technology they are focused on building their market share in both the medical and industrial segments across the globe. Cameron Lappin, of the Lock Search Group, has been retained to assist in in this integral search for a Vice President of Manufacturing and Optimization. Key to this role is bringing on a champion who has a proven past of standardizing and scaling their operations, while building out their production operation in the US to support immense demand and forecasted growth.
Reporting to the President and CEO, you will be responsible providing strategic and operational leadership for the organizational manufacturing requirements. The professional required will be an integral part of the leadership team, and a strategic member that brings both a strong production and manufacturing background, but also business acumen and vision. The ideal candidate will have high emotional intelligence and can utilize great communication skills to achieve exciting goals. This is a hands-on position that require an action-oriented professional.
Our client is extremely motivated to hire the ‘most suitable candidate’ for this key leadership position. Financial relocation support will be provided to ensure those interested in this opportunity, who are also interested to residing in the Greater Vancouver area, will be supported.
