COMPENSATION: $53,949 – $69,356 Annually Prorated
CONTRACT DURATION: 1year (Mat Leave)

To help fulfill its mission, LOFT is hiring a Human Resources Generalist.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Generalist supports LOFT through the development and execution of positive employee relations strategies. They are responsible for delivering expertise, grounded by a strong knowledge of HR best practices and relevant legislation. The role provides value-added service to management and employees, in critical employee relations and performance management processes and techniques. They will be responsible for applying business knowledge and human resources expertise as well as thoughtful policy and procedure development that enable great experience and meet compliance standards. Above all, we are looking for someone who will make LOFT better.
