COMPENSATION: $79,230 – $93,039 Annually Prorated

To help fulfill its mission, LOFT is hiring a Program Manager.
Job Summary
The Program Manager oversees the administration, management, operations, coordination, and delivery of all consumer services for a LOFT Community Service Program, and its multiple locations, in accordance with the established philosophy and policies of LOFT and government regulatory agencies.
The Program Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and supervision of staff, including training and development programs.
The Program Manager establishes and maintains effective client and community relations, combined with a strong advocacy role to meet the varied needs of the program in liaison with LOFT Community Services.
Programs You Will Be Supporting
McEwan Community Support provides Case Management for adults 16 or older living with HIV or AIDS, who experience mental health challenges and/or substance use issues in the Toronto core, who experience homelessness/marginally housed, supporting health care and system navigation, and ensuring inclusiveness of LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities, with the goal of community re-integration and personal empowerment.
The Positive Service Coordination provides Intensive short-term Case Management for individuals 18 years or older who are homeless, living with HIV/AIDS or identify as Transgender and experiencing health and/or mental health crisis, cycling within our various systems in the Toronto downtown core. The program includes formal cross-sectoral partnerships that serve to increase access to health and community services as well as increasing coordination and integration of services.
The Addiction Supportive Housing Program is a partnership between LOFT/McEwan & Fife House; wherein, McEwan provides long term intensive Case Management and Fife provides the Housing units within Toronto at scattered sites for those 18 years or older who are HIV+ with high substance use challenges, who are homeless, and cycling through the medical/withdrawal management systems.
