We are currently looking for an experienced software Quality Assurance Analyst – Retail software system to ensure both product quality excellence and contribute to the evolution of our SQA methodologies and testing tools.

Reporting to the development manager, the ideal candidate will be involved in all product SDLC stages, collaborate with key stakeholders, provide feedback and constructive input to ensure optimal quality in both product and process execution.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the functional analysis of new requirements and identify the automated and manual testing approach for new features and regression testing.
• Participate in the development and review of product documentation content and related artifacts.
• Define and communicate the effort, duration, and time required for project testing activities.
• Develop and execute test cases and scripts.
• Support developers in defining their unit tests based on use cases and deliverables.
• Report and take ownership of functionality defects identified during testing and ensure timely resolution.
• Contribute to user acceptance testing activities, including providing test cases for the customer as appropriate.
• Identify and contribute to opportunities to improve SQA and development methodologies and processes, including automation testing.
• Ensure measurable improvement in product quality by identifying, developing and implementing innovative QA capabilities, strategies and approaches.
