This Administrative Assistant I – Department provides day-to-day administrative support to the leaders. This role performs a variety of administrative duties that require comprehensive knowledge of the department, use and/or access to confidential information; and coordinating a range of administrative activities to support the leaders and the department.
The Administrative Assistant II – Program provides support to the Director of program, as well as is accountable for the coordination of a range of initiatives. The role is a key contact for the program, as well as a communication point for program projects, processes and support.
Status: Full-Time positions (37.5 hours per week)
Rate of Pay for Admin Assistant I – Department: $22.54 per hour – $28.18 per hour
Rate of Pay for Administrative Assistant II – Program: $25.58 per hour – $31.97 per hour
