Change Management Consultant – Virtual Care
The Change Management Consultant is responsible for the successful deployment, onboarding support, and sustained adoption of virtual care solutions within St. Joseph’s Health Care London and London Health Sciences Centre clinical areas. The Change Management Consultant is also responsible for being a champion leader in the mode of virtual care delivery, celebrating, promoting and discovering virtual care excellence within both LHSC and St. Joseph’s Hospital London. This position will primarily be a remote (work-from-home) position with the need to come onsite as required to support clinical areas
