Reporting to the Manager, Recruitment Services, the Recruitment Assistant is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to recruitment and selection activities. This includes administering candidate testing, scheduling appointments, greeting candidates, preparing standard reports, preparing offer letters, data entry, responding to general questions or concerns (verbally or in writing), and monitoring and responding to emails.
