Why Longboard?
The Longboard head office and principal manufacturing facility are located in Abbotsford, British Columbia. Situated in the Fraser Valley, just 60km east of Vancouver, Abbotsford is a quickly growing, diverse and family-friendly city with a lot to offer! Our brand new state-of-the-art modern corporate office and manufacturing facility features available electric car charging stations and is in close proximity to Highway 1 for a quick commute from anywhere in the Lower Mainland.

What you will do:
- Learn about our industry-leading automated equipment systems
- Work with a team to ensure quality and to meet production goals
- Operate machinery in a production line
- Report to a supervisor and manager
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work Monday to Friday 7am – 3:30pm
- Must be available for other shifts as necessary
- Must be able to work in Abbotsford
- Must have a reliable means of transportation
- 2+ years production experience
- Able to lift 25 lbs. repetitively
- Production line machine operation experience is a plus
- Familiarity with 6S, Theory of Constraints, and Kanban is a plus

Previous experience is required, but we are open to individuals with previous transferable skills such as: production line, general labourer, packaging, warehouse associate.
