About This Role
Reporting to the VP, Learning, Leardeship & Talent Activation, the Director, Learning and Leadership, SSC Global Functions and Grow will be responsible for ensuring consistent and relevant learning experience across all Store Support Centres (SSC) in North America, as well as offerings for our global collective (Grow). This role is dedicated to delivering our people goal – to develop inclusive leaders who enable growth and wellbeing for all– by designing and developing SSC and guest facing content and transformative experiences.
a Day In The Life
- Execute learning & leadership strategy for all Global functions in NA
- Execute learning and leadership strategy for key guest facing partners (Strategic sales, membership)
- Act as the key partner in supporting VPs of Business Partnering with functional & leadership development for their respective organizations
- Lead and develop all team members
- Produce and publish SSC and Grow delivery strategies
- Design, develop and (sometimes) facilitate key leadership programming for SSC Executive
- Influence translation strategies for learning programs for all organizations
- Ad hoc special project leadership as required
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience leading a learning function for a global organization.
- 10+ years team leadership experience.
- Ability to align leadership development strategies with organizational goals and priorities.
- Ability to assess organizational leadership needs and design customized development programs to address those needs.
- Experience in evaluating the effectiveness of leadership development initiatives and making data-driven improvements
- Formal training in adult learning, leadership development, coaching and preference for DEI expertise.
- Track record of designing & delivering significant, multi-faceted programs and cohort based curriculum.
- Exceptional ability to facilitate and present to large audiences and in executive spaces.
