Ensure delivery of training, development, and onboarding programs for Guest Support enabling learning through the most effective & consumable means using the right method/channel, for the right audience, at the right time through the most effective & consumable means. The Lead, Guest Support Learning and Leadership leads, develops, manages, and recruits a learning team. The Lead oversees the delivery of functional training and development in alignment with strategic business priorities. Overseeing curriculum, ensures it is localized, integrated, and up-to-date, utilizing innovative delivery techniques and modalities to maximize skill acquisition and knowledge retention to measure and monitor training effectiveness.
