About this team

The Guest Education Centre (GEC) is the contact center for lululemon. With offices in Vancouver, BC and Mississauga, ON, we are a vital frontline connection with our guests. The Guest Support Training Team is responsible for the onboarding and ongoing training of Guest Support employees, both remotely and on-site.

Summary

This role performs administrative tasks and coordination for learning programs across Guest Support. During peak season, they support logistics for onboarding 60+ new employees per week. They track new hire attendance, coordinate learning schedules, distribute learning materials and perform system administration. They create processes as needed and support measuring and reporting on the success of learning programs as directed. Reports to Operations Manager, Training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate scheduling and communication for new hire onboarding
  • Track and report on new hire attendance
  • Manage requests for missed class time and provide learners with relevant materials
  • Coordinate remote classroom logistics using Learning Management System and other tools
  • Create learning plans, courses and events in LMS and enter user information
  • Perform system administration for Guest Support learning programs
  • Administer and track surveys to measure program success
  • Oversee and execute communications with learners, team and cross-functional partners to support learning programs

Required Skills and Experience

  • High school diploma required, post-secondary education is an asset
  • 1 year administrative experience is preferred
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint proficiency
  • Learning Management System Administration experience an asset
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks – attention to detail is a must
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Can view issues and make decisions in a non-emotional manner
  • Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities
