We at Lunas Consulting are looking for the best, and we need an outstanding SDR.

At Lunas, you will: 

• Represent our client’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding of their ICP
• Leads list building
• Prospect leads 
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
• Utilize cold calling and email to generate new sales opportunities
• Book meetings or calls between (prospective) customers
• Write personalized emails to prospects
• Write new emails and LinkedIn copies
• Run A/B tests to maximize the results of our campaigns
• Set up and manage email and LinkedIn campaigns 
• Put together reports, analyze and interpret data
• Strategize with the manager the next steps based on reports

What you have:

• MUST have at least 1  year of experience as SDR, with a history of exceeding quota
• Advanced or Fluent English
• Experience with lead generation tools such as Crunchbase, Zoominfo, Apollo
• Experience with outreach tools such as Reply, Smartlead, Expandi, Skylead
• Experience with CRM such as HubSpot, Zoho
• Strong communication skills via phone and email
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills 
• Experience working with B2B startups
• Experience with cold outreach campaigns
• Experience with ABM campaigns
• Good writing skills are a MUST
• Proven creative problem-solving approach 
• Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
