Job Description:

The Global Learning & Development LATAM LTE Enabler supports the global LTE product and business leads in integrating the portfolio implementation and deployment plan into the rolling short- and mid-term plans, amending as required to align with Latin America and member firm priorities.

• Manages the ongoing implementation, deployment, adoption, education and change management of initiatives across the various hosting platforms which include (but not limited to) the following:
• GLMS
• Kaltura
• Degreed
• Content providers endorsed by global/region (for example, LinkedIn Learning, Pluralsight)
• OpenText CMS for content downloads
• Measurement & Evaluation (MTM)
• client Digital Badging

• Manages the implementation and deployment of the LTE, with a focus on change management, education and adoption to drive consistency and efficiency across the regions: Specifically,
• Responds to stakeholder inquiries promptly.
• Attends Global LTE meetings, as needed.
• Works very closely with Global LTE product and business leads to represent Latin America member firm needs.
• Works closely with Global LTE change management and communications lead to provide consultations to stakeholders and L&D team members within Latin America on LTE best practices.
• Acts as key point person for the region to assess, prioritize and triage LTE-related requests from member firms.
• Provides support for reporting requirements from the associated content platforms for scheduled and ad hoc reports.
• Creates and/or collates issue logs for platform issues and liaises with the appropriate Global People sub-teams (digital HR, talent analytics & insights, etc.), to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Collaborates with LTE product and business leads on testing activities related to LTE platforms.
• Identifies areas of opportunity for process improvement based on data / feedback and works with the global team to implement improvements.
• Leads or participates in CoP calls, as required.

Key regional deliverables:

• Provides consultations, demos and regional onboarding sessions to stakeholders.
• Develops and executes on the marketing and communications approach for Latin America, leveraging existing Global marketing campaigns and materials, as appropriate.
• Delivers training/education webinars on new and existing components of the LTE with a focus on knowledge transfer and increased adoption of the LTE as a whole.
• Produces adoption metrics and dashboards for key stakeholders in a timely manner and also assists in providing deployment metrics on content and courses for Global reporting

Requirements

Your qualifications:

• 5 years experience across a variety of content management platforms with a focus on business improvement and operations in a global, complex matrix environment
• Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
• Experience with technology adoption and education strategies
• Problem solver with a can-do mindset.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Co-ordination, planning and prioritization in a dynamic environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time (e.g. the needs of a variety of stakeholders and the needs and priorities of the business).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people of all levels within the business and teams in various time zones.
• Spanish language skills is a must have.
• Basic understanding of cultural dynamics within a Latin America business environment.
