Join our dynamic team! We’re hiring a Senior Production Supervisor for a leading client in the manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of plant and machine safety.
- Ensure team members are trained for safe and efficient operations.
- Conduct accident/incident investigations in collaboration with the Health and Safety Specialist.
- Promote hazard identification, eliminate unsafe acts or conditions, and enforce health & and safety policies.
- Support performance improvement actions and establish procedures on the production floor.
- Drive cross-training initiatives to ensure adequate back-up support.
Qualifications:
- Educational Requirements: Undergraduate degree or diploma in injection molding, plastics, or mechanical field (preferred).
- Experience: 5-10 years of progressive leadership in a high-volume Lean Manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Additional Competencies: Outstanding interpersonal and people management skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in injection molding operations preferred.
