Duties:
– Daily public/staff area cleaning
– Operation of commercial dishwasher
– Cleaning plate ware and cutlery
– Cleaning kitchen tools and equipment
– Cleaning cookware
– Cleaning work areas / restaurant kitchen
– Operation of cleaning equipment
