Who are You at MacLellan?
As the Contract Manager, you are a part of BEST PEOPLE, responsible for the management and development of a team of supervisors and team members. You will oversee safety, quality, service deliveries, and cost KPIs to ensure the BEST SYSTEMS and deliver to our clients the BEST RESULTS!
Enforcing company policies, including corporate accounts and contracts with clients;
Leading the fulfillment of MacLellan – Vision, Mission and Strategic Objectives;
Executing the tactics to accomplish MacLellan strategies and goals;
Creating a team of Assistant Managers, Group Leaders, Team Leaders dedicated to strategically moving MacLellan to a higher level of performance;
Cultivating long-lasting mutually beneficial partnerships with various clients;
Executing and complying with the human resource strategy that characterizes a learning organization;
Preparing the annual $3.1 site budget, budget narratives, and all quarterly forecasts;
Leading, inspiring & guiding a team of 50 Employees (consisting of Team Members, Team Leaders, Group Leaders and Assistant Managers) in performance of duties in a safe, cooperative & team oriented environment;
Meeting or exceeding budgeted and new business gross margins;
Nurturing the growth of talent to create succession planning that will support MacLellan US and MacLellan Canada’s growth;
Leading by example to create a companywide culture with safety as the top priority;
Being viewed as a professional leader of MacLellan at all times by both the employees and the business community; and participating actively in the growth creation of MacLellan’s best practices.
Leading a team to minimize downtime within the Toyota paint shop;
Ensuring systems are in place to continuously improve quality KPI in the paint shop – working with the customer’s (Toyota Assembly Plant) key contacts;
Recording/tracking downtime data to develop corrective actions / countermeasures that will continuously improve delivery of services supporting production objectives.

What education and experience are needed for success?
Trade diploma/certificate
Minimum 6 years of proven success in account management in the automobile industry;
Knowledge of continuous improvement activities and lean manufacturing;
Demonstrating integrity and leadership skills; and
Computer expertise in MS office suite.
