We are a small business, so the tasks and responsibilities are quite varied. You will oversee every coordination responsibility typically assigned to someone with title variations such as: Customer Service Coordinator / Dispatch Coordinator / Account manager.

While some tasks will be taught to you, we are looking for someone who can take charge of a situation, to whom a goal can be given, and who is willing to go figure out how to get that new task done as the need arise.

We are looking for someone with great human qualities, with a capacity for diversity in the coordination tasks to undertake, the ability to take charge of a situation to resolve it, and the willingness to help the team’s coordination in all aspects.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • You will work with and report to the Support Manager.
  • Keeping track of which support request is due when and following up with the team to be sure it’s delivered on time.
  • Helping the team to prioritize the list of clients’ requests, to plan the work of the upcoming day and for the week.
  • You would be updating the status of all the customer support requests until each request is closed/delivered.
  • Writing replies/sending status updates to the client.
  • Confirming approval of deliveries with the client.
  • Keeping track of the progress of orders for website upgrades.
  • Doing a monthly or quarterly call to each client, to discuss the ideas we brainstormed as to how we could help them further.

(Note: we never do any “sales” call, all we do is we offer to “help” the client, and you simply see if there is an interest or a need for assistance. There is no pressure to make any sales.) Then if the client indeed had a need, you will note the client’s needs, and then the programmers will prepare a quote, which you would send to the client.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in coordination, customer service, or project management is ideal
  • Working experience in the field of Website E-commerce, Software Development, Information Technology and Marketing.
  • Relevant diplomas and certifications are a bonus.
  • Technical knowledge or previous professional experience in eCommerce, websites, web design, programming, or other I.T. fields is a bonus.
  • Fluency in English & French language (verbal & written) is a MUST
  • Experience with business analysis, documentation, requirements and data gathering
  • Strong organizational and time-management skill
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be resourceful and willing to learn new coordination/administrative/technological tasks.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
  • Good attention to detail, Conflict Resolution and Problem Solving Skills
  • Must be willing to work on EST timezone (9am to 5pm), on full time basis (40hours/week)
  • Like to be autonomous or can work with no to very little supervision, as much as possible (after training)
  • Able to make or take calls daily
  • Experience working with higher management is a bonus
  • Highly sociable and can work with young team
  • Team spirit and mentality, all for one and one for all
  • Have a webcam on all Teams or Zoom calls

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
