We are looking for a Marketing Analyst who will research and identify ways to build our brand and acquire new clients.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage the development, execution and distribution of the various marketing/campaign scorecards to assist the Marketing team in ensuring the effectiveness of initiatives and campaigns
- Tracking, reporting and post-mortem analysis on marketing KPI’s – including but not limited to leads, conversion rates, website traffic, social media engagement, email campaigns, promotional campaigns, customer surveys
- Measure ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns
- Provide direction on go-forward strategies to optimize promotional messages, audience engagement and product mix
- Develop and execute methodologies for measuring and predicting the success of digital initiatives using sales, media, research and customer data
- Develop and implement reports and processes designed to create deeper understanding of data for marketing and business stakeholders
- Improve stakeholder ability to make better business decisions, improve marketing results
- Work with Marketing team to strategize promotions and web development
- Research and implement marketing tools to support our promotional projects (automation software, social media scheduling etc)
- Deliver quarterly marketing results for Senior Management
- Keeping abreast of current Digital Marketing strategies and market trends and willingness to attend webinars, conferences, pursue additional training
- Research and analysis of competitors marketing activities
Project Management:
- Establish time plan and roadmap before reporting development begins
- Communicate timelines effectively to the internal stakeholders
Experience:
- Degree in Marketing or relevant field
- 1 – 2 years work experience as a Marketing analyst or similar role
- Expertise in Google Analytics, and various report systems (familiarity with Google Analytics 4 an asset)
- Experience using CRM system; Salesforce and Pardot an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Understanding of marketing buyer journey in B2B environment
