Search Consultant

We’re seeking a talented Search Consultant to join our team who has several years of experience sourcing / headhunting, and managing a variety of jobs using LinkedIn Recruiter – Our firm is busier, and needs support on new search engagements. NOTE: This person must be ok working on PST OR MST time zone. This is a 100% remote position (home office required.)

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a recruitment desk. This position will involve a high level of sourcing, headhunting, interviewing and candidate management. You will manage candidate sourcing and outreach via LinkedIn Recruiter, and interface with both clients and candidates throughout the search (Both client and candidate management: interviewing, screening, conducting presentations and project management, managing the full-cycle recruitment process from start to end).

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter – Boolean Search and building targeted search strings (you should know this very well)
• Diving deep into research on client files, conducting competitor research, staying up to date on market conditions, etc.
• Managing the candidate pipeline from beginning to end
• Candidate outreach and messaging, as well as interviewing/screening shortlisted candidates
• Calendar management for all interviews and client meetings
• Backend documentation and organization of client/candidate files in Google Workspace
• Building backend documents (Templates, and Internal Documents)
• Management of candidate presentations and candidate submittals to clients
• Some business development duties when required – working new prospects, track, nurture, and develop leads.
• Attend client meetings and curate meeting minutes, and interface with hiring managers live
• Source, screen and interview candidates for open positions
• Own, support and help to drive the full-cycle recruitment process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree/MBA preferred
• 3+ years of sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Knowledge of various organizational charts and reporting structures
• Solid work ethic and entrepreneurial drive
• Typing Speed: 70+ WPM
• Comfortable speaking to all levels of management
• Extensive experience with Excel / Google Sheets, Data Entry
• Excellent written and verbal communication, exceptional people skills
• Experience managing multiple projects at once, with superior attention to detail
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, drive, and urgency
• A dynamic team player who thrives in a fast-paced work environment
• Must have a working home office with great internet.

Compensation:

Base Salary + Commission
