Talent Acquisition Partner
We’re seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team who has several years of experience sourcing / headhunting, and managing a variety of jobs using LinkedIn Recruiter – Our firm is busier, and needs support on new search engagements. NOTE: This person must be ok working on PST OR MST time zone, OR relocating to Vancouver
This individual must be located in either British Columbia or Alberta. This is a 100% remote position (home office required.)
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a recruitment desk. This position will involve a high level of sourcing, headhunting, interviewing and candidate management. You will manage candidate sourcing and outreach via LinkedIn Recruiter, and interface with both clients and candidates throughout the search (Both client and candidate management: interviewing, screening, conducting presentations and project management, managing the full-cycle recruitment process from start to end).
