Are you looking to grow your sales career? Mainland Motors is looking for professionals who want to dive into the world of Automotive Prime & Non-Prime Sales. We work with 15 lenders to give our clients the best chance of approval, and you the best chance of making a sale. We offer competitive tiered percentage commission pay plans based on volume, sell a lot of volume and make a lot of commission!
Roles/ Responsibilities:
– Calling inbound leads to identify their vehicle purchasing needs
– Calling Outbound to past clients and cold leads to ensure they had a quality experience
– Getting credit information
– Working alongside Finance manager to identify finance opportunities to clients
– Generating sales
– Networking
– Organization skills when dealing with client files
– Being team player and creating a safe work environment
– Paperwork: Creating files and progressing them to sales
– Maintain a relationships with all sold clients to identify opportunities for referrals
– Excellent Written and Verbal communication Skills
– Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and improve your skills
– Strong Time management skills
– AMVIC License – Either previously licensed or be willing to obtain on the job
– Following the Mainland Motors sales process
Previous experience in Car Sales, Phone Sales or Sub-Prime will be added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
Phone Sales: 1 year (preferred)
Car Sales: 1 year (preferred)
