Maltezos Auto Inc. Looking for Customer Services at Laval, QC Full Time

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for :

• Respond to customer needs in a proactive and diligent manner;

• Fulfill orders and deliveries in an optimal manner and according to industry best practice standards.
• Integrate and respect order or inventory changes to ensure proper account management;
• Identify and proactively manage potential order issues;
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner and maintain a strong relationship of trust with them;
• Participate in the analysis of problematic situations and obtain answers or solutions related to shipping and inventory availability;
• Support the business objectives by adapting the customer approach or by welcoming system improvements and special projects;
• Collaborate with different departments for new product launches or special projects;
• Participate in cross-training to support department activities and any related tasks to support the department;

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $12.00-$23.00 per hour
