The HR Operations & Employee Experience Specialist will be responsible for executing on all HR transactions and administration, supporting the HR team and Senior Leadership team. This role requires emphasis on data integrity and analysis to support key HR decisions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Collaboration and support of Talent Business Partner
HR documentation and process support for our Talent Business Partner
Survey management
Onboarding
Report preparation for senior leadership, division (pod) leaders and client leads
Internal and external employee awards management
Assistance with management and coordination of internal and external MM events
In-office experience management (welcoming new team members etc…)
Manual and process creation/ management
Working closely with President and Talent Business Partner on other special projects and initiatives
Office Employee Experience management
Employee equipment fleet management- monitoring and purchasing
Software platform management for each team member
Soft phone oversight
Deposit of cheques- MM and clients
Recruiting
Employee benefits
Human resources compliance
Human resources information and payroll
Employee training and development
Detailed Qualifications
Proven track record in developing successful HR systems, processes and supports
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Familiarity with labour law and EDI principles
Interest in pursuing CHRP
Undergraduate degree in related discipline, or equivalent
Proven abilities related to all functional areas of human resources
Accomplishments in training and development, culture execution, HR management
Demonstrates knowledge and commitment to a people-first approach
Demonstrated excellent record-keeping practices and meticulous attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with a demonstrated collaborative approach;
Located in Toronto and able to work from our downtown head office. Work from the office approximately 3 days per week.
