Coordonateur/Coordinatrice du transport
Le/la coordonnateur/trice du transport gérera les demandes de transport et les obligations de service à la clientèle liées aux services logistiques pour la région de Québec. Les principales tâches consisteront à assurer la planification du personnel, de léquipement et du transport par des tiers de manière efficace, rentable et rapide.
Responsabilités:
Coordonner et diriger le transport sécuritaire et efficace des véhicules des clients à destination et en provenance de lencan ou de tout autre endroit désigné.
Communiquer avec les clients, le personnel interne et départements concernés pour connaître la disponibilité du véhicule et planifier la cueillette et/ou la livraison.
Coordonner les activités du service avec les transporteurs et le personnel interne alloué à la transportation des véhicules.
Collaborer avec les concessionnaires et les clients commerciaux pour fournir des solutions de transport.
Planifier et répartir les charges de travail du personnel pour le transport par navette/véhicule dans le rayon de service local.
Utilisation dune variété dapplications informatiques. Saisie des commandes, gestion de la base de données.
Fournir des tarifs, assurer lapplication ces tarifs.
Gestion proactive de la conformité et des affaires réglementaires pour lassurance au tiers, lentretien de la flotte de licences, la tenue des dossiers des conducteurs, etc.

The Transportation Coordinator will manage transportation requests and customer service obligations related to logistics services within the Quebec region. The primary duties will include ensuring scheduling of staff, equipment, and 3rd party transportation in an efficient, cost effective and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and direct the safe and efficient transportation of customer vehicles to and from the auction or any other designated location.
Communicate with labor staff, internal stakeholders and customers regarding supply chain, transit times, logistics process and procedure.
Coordinate schedule of 3rd party carriers as well as inhouse drive services team.
Collaborate with dealers, OEMs and commercial clients to provide transportation solutions.
Plan and assign staff workloads for shuttle/vehicle transport within local service radius.
Use of a variety of computer applications. Order entry, database management.
Provide rate quotes, ensure rates application.
Proactive management of compliance and regulatory affairs for 3rd party insurance, licensing fleet maintenance, driver record keeping etc.
Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Exigences :
Diplôme détudes secondaires
2 + années dexpérience reliée à la logistique ce qui comprend une bonne connaissance du transport, des lois et des règlements du ministère des Transports, du camionnage et de la répartition
Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Suite, et à laise à apprendre des nouveaux systèmes
Excellent service à la clientèle
Permis de conduire valide et dossier de conduite sécuritaire
Capacité à conduire des véhicules avec transmission standard et automatique

Requirements:
High school diploma
2 + years of experience in transportation industry (ideally vehicle transportation)
Working knowledge of transportation regulatory affairs, fleet management, safety and compliance
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, and adept at windows based TMS / ERP platforms
Previous customer service responsibility
Valid drivers license and safe driving record
Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission if needed
