Under the general direction of the Energy Markets Strategies Section Head, will engage internal and external stakeholders to lead
the development, evaluation and management of strategies, activities and pilots associated with expected growing adoption of
Electric Vehicles (EVs) within Manitoba including the need for additional charging infrastructure. Responsible for creating and
collaborating with a cross enterprise team to develop, maintain, coordinate and track EV strategies and initiatives. Will develop and
enhance relationships with EV internal and external stakeholders and stay informed on developments in the EV industry. These
strategies will be in-line with the Provincial Energy Strategy, support provincial economic development and align with the enterprise’s
Integrated Resource Plan and Strategy 2040.
Responsibilities:
This includes developing processes, teams and a governance structure that will help define the current state of the EV
landscape in Manitoba, identify strategic infrastructure initiatives and products needed by MH customer’s various charging
needs (home, public, commercial, government, fleet) and determine an implementation plan to help support the execution and
coordination of the strategies.

Qualifications:
recognized standing with a minimum of seven years of experience leading strategy development.

Salary Range
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The range for the classification is $47.79-$65.48 Hourly,
$91,582.66-$125,470.80 Annually.
