We are seeking 1 Engineering Technician to join our Generation Operations & Maintenance Business Support Department in Gillam,
Manitoba.
The opportunity to work at the Northern Generation Department (NGD) in Gillam has excellent benefits and allows you to
work with exciting & diverse teams. See below for details.
Responsibilities:
drawings and justifications, and to liaise with site staff, design groups, consultants, suppliers and contractors to investigate
specific problems, and to carry out inspection at supplier’s plant and at the construction site;
rod/level;
warning systems on forebays to manage dam safety risks;
the technical content of concrete and earthworks surveillance reports. Ensure that practices in his/her areas of responsibility
are in compliance with
activities;
Qualifications:
experience; Eligible for and shall maintain registration as a Certified Engineering Technologist with CTTAM

Successful applicant will be required to operate boats and off-road vehicles such as snowmobiles, all-terrain vehicles and other
equipment;

Salary Range
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The range for the classification is $34.54-$49.46Hourly,
$66,179.10-$94,776.76 Annually.
