We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as Manager, Total Rewards. Reporting to the Director, Human
Resources, and as a key member of the senior leadership team, the Manager, Total Rewards, will provide strategic leadership to a
team of HR professionals and is responsible for the overall design, governance and delivery of the Compensation, Benefits and
Employee Recognition programs.
Responsibilities:
priorities.
administration, job evaluation, retirement counselling, etc.
operationalize strategy and program changes, and align Total Rewards with talent programs.
ensuring program aligns to business priorities, fosters an excellent employee experience, and is cost effective.
and external benchmarking.
vendor relationships (e.g., benefits service providers).
Finance, Legal and Employee Relations/Labour Relations as needed.
implementation of new pay structure).
support for escalated issues related to total rewards (as needed).
Qualifications:
related experience, demonstrating progressively greater responsibility in a supervisory/leadership capacity or an equivalent
combination of related education and experience.
