Job Description

Ensure invoices are approved in accordance with the corporate policy code and enter invoices into a computerized Accounts Payable system.

Update the status of invoices from the Enrich costing system for payment.

Processing of cheques and EFT payments, reconciliation of vendor accounts, responding to vendor inquiries.

Maintenance of ISO policies and procedures

Qualifications

Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and time management.

The ability to follow a daily, weekly, monthly schedule.

Problem solving skills.

Ability to perform under pressure

Successful candidate will work in the office in Gore Bay
