Manning Park Resort (MPR) is looking for our next great superstar as our full-time Manager, People + Culture (MPC). As a result of our continued growth, MPR is looking for an individual who can ensure our systems fully support continued employee engagement. This is an individual who understands and has experience in developing, leading, motivating and mentoring staff and will contribute to the successful operations of MPR.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, People + Culture (SMPC), The MPC will be an excellent communicator with knowledge and experience regarding current labour laws, health and safety practices, policy development and implementation as well as identifying talent. You are an “outside the box” thinker looking for new ways to achieve desired outcomes and seeking an opportunity to put your stamp on a rising organization.
