Job Description
Manulife Securities is seeking a Bilingual Digital Marketing Specialist who will play an indispensable role in supporting our advisor website program which serves over 550 advisors, 300 websites and continues to grow.
Serving one in five Canadians, Manulife Securities works with independent financial advisors to offer clients life, health and wealth solutions. Comprised of three firms, an IIROC dealer, an MFDA dealer and an insurance MGA, Manulife Securities supports more than 2000 advisors across Canada.
The fully bilingual (French/English) candidate will be a highly organized multi-tasker, very comfortable with technology and working in digital, loves to track information and manage those to-do lists. They are an excellent friendly communicator and a collaborative team player who takes initiative and problem solves.
Key Accountabilities:
Web site program support
Assist with the advisor on-boarding and off-boarding process for the program
Manage online content library adding newly arrived content, pushing content and removing dated content and act as point of contact for internal and key 3rd party sources of content
Assist top advisors with basic social media and Google My Business profile setups
Proof reading and quality control reviews of website updates
Manage website domain name tracking and renewals
Assist with banner ad and blog scheduling
Setup and publishing of website construction pages using pre-designed frameworks
Administration support
Owner and keeper of all master tracking information for the program
Manage the program’s email in-box
Track and manage billing requirements and vendor payments for the program
Manage team SharePoint site
Qualifications:
Must be fully bilingual – French and English
Experience in working with websites and/or social media account management, development or design
Excellent organizational skills
Experience with managing multiple tasks and deliverables with varying complexity and competing timelines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
A self-starter who can take initiative, be flexible and move quickly from one priority to another
Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment
University or college degree
Strong PC skills in particular Excel, Word and experience with Microsoft Office 365
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly

This position is open to remote/work from home anywhere in Canada.
