Are you resourceful, eager for a challenge and someone who loves to learn? Our team is looking for a Bilingual National Sales Coordinator to join us. We are a dynamic team that often pivots based on business needs and juggles multiple priorities, so you need to be highly organized, able to keep track of multiple tasks at once and agile to adjust when things change. Our ultimate objective is to help the sales team be successful. To do this, we rely on our network, collaborating extensively with sales leadership, the sales team and subject matter experts across the bank.
You will be joining a collaborative and close-knit team. Responding to inquiries from our Sales team, helping to solve issues and keep things running smoothly. Key Accountabilities:
Find a better way. Working closely with the Manager, Sales Support & Training, you’ll recommend and go on to implement process solutions for the Sales Team that make things more efficient and just better .
Question the status quo. And then improve it. You’ll look for ways to streamline and consolidate reporting and process.
Go above and beyond by responding to email and phone inquiries regarding products, processes, administration, and other Sales Team topics.
Deliver customer excellence experience by setting the sales team up for success as they start their career with Manulife. Looking after new hires, terminations, status changes and leaves of absence with a customer first attitude and delivering accurate service through outlined processes and procedures.
Investigate better ways to do tasks and duties to help streamline processes.
Work with senior sales management, the Manager, Sales Support & Training and the events team to help with the administrative side of events. This includes the immediate sales team but can also involve partners from our primary distribution channels: Financial Advisors and Brokers.
Use your analytical and strong organizational skills to bring order to chaos. Okay, maybe not full-on zombie apocalypse chaos, but you’ll keep projects on track using databases, checklists and other tools.
Collaborate with other hard-working people to lead projects.
Be a watchdog for issues as they crop up and be quick to recommend solutions and create processes to ensure they never come up again.
Work closely with the sales team so the best solutions go forward.

Reporting to the Manager, Sales Support & Training, you will use your analytical skills to bring order to uncertainty, streamline processes and just make things better overall for the sales team.
What we are looking for

Are fluently bilingual in French/English (both spoken & written).
Have a background in Customer service, Customer Experience, Sales support, or something related.
Balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Are flexible and adaptable when dealing with change, including changing priorities and tight deadlines.
Have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with all levels of employees across the organization.
Welcome a challenge (or a puzzle to solve), are resourceful, and look for the opportunity to find solutions.
Have a growth mindset – always learning, especially when things don’t go exactly to plan.
Have strong customer service skills and commitment to following through on deliverables.

Demonstrate strong technical skills with experience using the Microsoft suite (O365) with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Bonus if you have previous experience using Power BI and Power Automate.

Salary & Benefits
The annual base salary for this role is listed below.
Primary Location
Waterloo, Ontario
Salary range is expected to be between
$41,925.00 CAD – $69,875.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
