Job Description
The opportunity
The incumbent will be part of FP&M Treasury Processes team leading and supporting initiatives involving Treasury cash management, accounts payable and bank reconciliation functions. Their primary responsibility is to lead and support Treasury systems initiatives, find opportunities for improvement, proactive plan and execute enhancements and provide guidance to the team. This involves vendor/in-house application deployment, onboarding of business processes to ERP, enhancements, steady state support, troubleshooting problems, identifying opportunities for increased effectiveness or efficiency in Financial and Treasury processes.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership in Business Analysis function by working with the Global Treasury cash operations to define and refine requirements /specifications, data transformation, process re-engineering, automation, configurations, support functional and integration testing, implementation and production support.
Closely work with the IS teams to explain and clarify the technical specifications and rationale in order to help create solutions that would meet business needs.
Proactively identify opportunities, lead planning and execution of process improvement initiatives.
Communicate effectively to all levels of the management to report project status and critical issues requiring their attention.
Create and maintain thorough and accurate project documentation (including functional and technical design specifications) according to the project management methodologies.
Lead testing by preparing required test plans/matrices and executing functional and system integration testing of the application.
Project manage small to medium initiatives (as required) according to the established project management methodologies.
Foster tech savvy culture that strives for continuous improvement.
Support development of strong team by providing coaching and guidance to team members
How will you create impact?
The position reports into AVP, FP&M Treasury Processes. This roles is critical to developing and enhancing robust and forward looking Global Treasury Cash Management infrastructure to facilitate timely payment and collection processes and bank reconciliation activities.
What we are looking for
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in leadership role supporting business systems analysis function involving process re-engineering, transformation, and automation.
Hands-on experience in working with IT teams for developing system solutions.
Capability to independently learn new systems / technology.
Exceptional analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with citizen developer tools like Power Apps, Power BI, or Alteryx is a plus
Ability to lead in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
Aptitude to work under tight deadlines, handle multiple tasks and manage ambiguity
Strong organizational skills (ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks with competing priorities)
Flexible and adaptable when dealing with change
Comfortable analyzing and organizing large volumes of data

Salary & Benefits
The annual base salary for this role is listed below.
Primary Location
CAN, Ontario, Toronto, 200 Bloor Street East
Salary range is expected to be between
$82,500.00 CAD – $148,500.00 CAD
