Job Description
Leads Agile practices & processes, advising Agile teams to ensure highly functional and productive teams. Key Accountabilities: :
Coaches different levels of hierarchy through agile principles & practices
Proactively provides real-time feedback to keep delivery on track and address issues as they arise
Reinforces target agile behaviors
Facilitates agile events, processes; assists team with trouble shooting
Facilitates the adoption of agile principles & practices
Helps educate the squad on Agile practices Identifies Agile Team improvement opportunities
Facilitates resolving obstacles & raises where vital
Focuses the team/squad on value creation
Facilitates and actively participates in Agile events
Supports 3-4 teams on a single backlog
Able to identify risks which may impede deliverables and manage them through ROAM board
Collaborate with PO, Scrum team to plan for 2-3 PIs ahead
Have a good understanding of deliverable, Epic, features, inter-dependencies and able to prioritize to support the feature delivery
Positive impact to interpersonal entities
Strong contributor towards the success of the team
• Proactively removes obstacles for the squad & advances where necessary
Promotes staff liquidity to remove skill gaps and internal dependencies
Supports and models appropriate agile practices to improve squad performance
Coaches the squad on the Agile principles & practices, from writing useful user stories to managing the backlog
Actively participates in sprints and partners with Product Owners to enable the delivery of prioritized features, and IT deliveries
Acts as a servant leader to the team (not the ‘boss’)
Fosters a collaborative culture and ensure the team regularly celebrates success
Facilitates team meetings and handles logistics
Facilitates squad level obstacle removal, e.g. resourcing, staffing, and orchestrates communication with collaborators
Guides and empower the flow of a cross-functional feature team, providing a clear view of success and removing obstacles towards that end
Provides continual access to feature delivery, ensuring the right people are engaged at the right time
Collaborates with software engineers, platform engineers, Product Owners, and engineering leadership to uncover difficulties and opportunities to accelerate the delivery of new value through software

The annual base salary for this role is listed below.
Primary Location
Toronto, Ontario
Salary range is expected to be between
$89,950.00 CAD – $167,050.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
