Who You Are And What You’ll Do

You are a creative and strategic thinker who loves to deliver a top notch digital experience that improves visitor navigation and exceeds the goals of customers. You excel managing your time to drive multiple projects to launch and thrive working in a fast paced environment. You take pride in knowing every detail about people and projects, working proactively to navigate schedules and deliverables. You have a passion for digital project delivery and want to work with globally respected brands.

As a member of the Customer Operations team and reporting to the VP of Customer Operations, you help support the delivery of all new customer implementations:

• Become an expert on Mappedin suite of products, all projects and customers
• Lead and facilitate all project meetings, internal and external, establishing the project timeline and key dependencies
• Coordinate with internal teams and external customers to ensure milestones and deadlines are met and completed to requirements
• Identify next steps in the project and predict potential risks or challenges as takes are completed or dates missed
• Communicate project update and manage internal teams (including Sr Leadership) to minimize risk and ensure each project’s success
• Develop and implement strategies within the team to drive CARR to ARR conversation and realize continuous improvement
• Assist with the creation and quality assurance of new venues, applications and integration; handling internal and external escalations that impact project timelines
• Available to support different time zones for our growing list of international accounts
• Flexibility to travel 25% of the time

You are highly interested in learning about or already have experience in:

• 2-5 years experience managing a variety of digital projects
• Project Management strategies and best practices
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn new skills and technologies
• Experience working with CAD files, floor plans, and 3D software an asset

Nice to have

• Extra points if you speak any of the following languages: French, Spanish, Portuguese; Japanese

What are some challenges?

Mappedin moves fast and we sometimes change directions. We can’t always wait for all the information before we try something. If you want us to guarantee exactly what you’ll be working on three months from now, we can’t give you that. On the other hand, there is a lot of high value work to do, and it won’t be boring. There is a lot of discovery work involved as we frequently do things that are ahead of current technology.

One of our values is playing for the team so you may need to sometimes put aside personal objectives in order to help meet more urgent company objectives, but others will do the same for you.

Behind the scenes

Our tool set currently includes Airtable, JIRA, AutoCAD and Illustrator but we are firm supporters in supplying whatever tools are necessary for you to produce your best work.

There’s a lot of trust here at Mappedin. We are a REMOTE company, but this role may require you to come into the office from time to time. If you’re local, there will probably be a few days a week when you can expect other people to be in the office.
