Job description
We are looking for an intermediate Site Supervisor to join our team. Mar-Cot Developments has been in business for over 25 years throughout Guelph, specializing in commercial buildings ranging from 1-4 story builds and is looking to find a good fit to join our team.
The job position entails but is not limited to:
- Supervising the construction project and all the operations onsite.
- Organizing and Supervising site staff, trades and contractors and ensuring they are performing as required.
- Ensure healthy and safety regulations are followed and enforced.
- Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity.
- Responsible for coordinating sub trades and schedules.
Requirements:
- 3 plus years experience is a must
- Ability to supervise at least 5-10 people
- Experience in pre cast concrete construction is an asset.
- Experience operating equipment is an asset.
- Must be flexible, team player, dependable reliable and organized.
Salary will be based on experience.
