Marcon is seeking an experienced, energetic, and outgoing receptionist/Administrative Assistant, able to multi-task with a high volume of assignments. With excellent customer service, the successful candidate will manage all aspects of the front of house, including greeting visitors to the office and providing strong administrative support to the various office departments.

About the Role
Greeting visitors with excellent customer service, giving them undivided attention, making them feel safe and welcome
Managing all incoming and outgoing mail, as well as courier services
Booking, organizing/maintaining, and sanitizing all boardrooms/meetings
Maintain company contact information and distribution lists
Edit, format and finalise documentation as required
Assist with various administrative tasks to support the departments as needed
Create and maintain tracking systems as required
Daily servicing of coffee machines and printers
Maintain office and kitchen supplies
Other duties as required
About You
Outstanding customer service and winning personality
At least 3 years minimum reception and experience
Professional and friendly demeanour
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
Must be proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook applications
Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
Strong work ethic, time management skills and reliable
