Maritime Auto Parts is a local Nova Scotia business specializing in automotive vehicle and parts sales. We have been around since 1932 and continue to grow with a great team!
We are currently looking for a full time Admin Coordinator– a team player with strong communication skills and a great positive attitude. This position requires being able to manage multiple tasks, staying well organized, problem solving and paying close attention to detail. The successful candidate will have friendly customer service skills as well as financial accounting experience.
This position will require but not limited to the following duties:
– Accounts Receivable
– Daily and monthly check disbursements
– Daily and monthly filing
– Payroll calculations
– Maintain vehicle inventory records and payments
– Maintain general stock levels of office supplies
-preparing monthly accounting packages
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or GED, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
– Ability to apply understanding to carry out instructions
– Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
– experience with accounting software considered an asset
– Able to maintain filing systems and basic databases
– Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
– Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
– Meticulous records maintenance skills.
– Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.
– Strong written and verbal skills
– Strong customer service orientation.
