As the Manager, Internal Communications you will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic communications and events to foster a positive and informed culture, enhance employee engagement and align internal messaging with overarching business objectives. This role will make a meaningful impact on our people —connecting them to our culture, our brand, and the business.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and deliver internal events, ensuring consistency through the development and execution of our internal events operations playbook.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver clear and consistent messages to our employees, specifically as they relate to MAG’s employer brand, culture and strategic initiatives.
- Lead the intake and priority management of internal communication and event requests.
- Partner with our People Ops Team to build our employer brand, supporting the strategy and management of our EVP, external platforms (i.e. LinkedIn), recruitment, onboarding, and employee recognition programs.
What you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, PR, Marketing or related field would be an asset.
- Proven experience in internal communications and events management, with strong project management skills.
- Collaborator, creative storyteller and problem-solver with an entrepreneurial spirit and innovative drive to achieve great results.
