Markstone Landscaping is a West-GTA contractor providing quality hardscaping services specializing in interlock and concrete flatwork. With over 10 years of experience, we are a trusted name in residential construction servicing Mississauga, Brampton, Milton, Oakville and Burlington.
Markstone Landscaping is seeking a Customer Service Representative.
Hours needed to work:
Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm **
(**may require some Saturday support)
**Role will be considered for full time permanent at end of contract**
Duties include:
- Monitoring email and phone line in order to be the first point of contact for all incoming customer calls and inquiries. Providing customer service to potential and existing customers.
- Screening/ qualifying all incoming sales leads using highly strategic criteria. Recording all incoming sales leads using CRM platform.
- Strategically scheduling all qualified leads into Sales Representative’s schedule in order to minimize driving time and maximize efficiency.
- Manage Sales Representative schedules/calendars to help confirm and reschedule appointments as needed.
- Notifying customers of project and payment schedules.
- Following up with customers after job completion.
- Scheduling locates with Ontario One Call.
- Working closely with the Project Coordinator to manage workflow – as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum 3 years experience Lead Screening/ Qualifying required
- Experience with Sales Force, LMN, or other CRM platform is an asset
- Highly organized individual with exceptional multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Salary: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
