*Accounts Receivable / Billing Position
Hours; Monday to Friday 8:30 to 4:30*
Located in Vancouver (Near P.N.E./ Hastings and Boundary)
Roles and Responsibilities;
- Charging credit cards accurately for orders
- Contacting customers regarding blocked charges (by phone and email)
- Working with a small team to maintain daily work load
Processes;
- Exchange rate – knowing what currency to charge and when
- Receiving high volume of orders throughout the day requiring a consistently steady pace of charging cards of new orders
- Communication tools – familiarizing and utilizing on a day to day basis our communication software tools to update customers and work efficiently with other members of our team (eg. prewritten emails)
Wage and benefits
- Starting wage is $19 depending
- Experience is not mandatory, but helpful to anything involving finances, numbers, accounting or billing
- Training is provided
