MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking an Construction Coordinator for one of Vancouver’s most exciting, award-winning developer-builders. With over 30 years of experience, our client is a diversified real estate construction, development, and management company who specializes in residential, commercial, industrial, and hotel developments across North America.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling paperwork for company projects
- Performing RFIs and change orders
- Coordinating with the trades
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Participate in various project meetings and maintain records of all construction dates and project costs
- Assist the Vice President, Project Manager, and Development Manager with any tasks needed
Qualifications and Knowledge:
- 1-3 years of administrative experience
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in business, construction, real estate, or equivalent
- Experience in the construction and real estate industry is an asset
- High attention to detail
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
