Mavros Foods, the leader in ice cream supplies distribution is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a position with our Toronto Branch.
Your role includes:
- Welcome and process orders from walk-in customers
- Process telephone orders and email orders from customers
- Respond to and professionally handle customer inquiries
- Perform general office duties and other tasks as needed
- Occasional warehouse duties during busy periods
The successful candidate will bring a roll up the sleeves and get it done attitude, combined with superb customer service skills in addition to strong organizational and computer skills.
