Position Description:
As the digital marketing specialist you will lead our digital marketing channels to drive exponential growth across Canada and the USA. You will work with growing budgets to introduce more people to Maxsold and help make their downsizing and estate sales easy and simple. You will get to go beyond the status quo to launch experimental campaigns, build new channels and drive exponential growth.
Note: This position is a remote (work from home) position and therefore you must meet the minimum IT requirements of High speed internet, minimum speed of 10-15Mbps download and 4-6Mbps upload. If you are unable to meet these requirements, unfortunately, you will not be considered for this role.
What Your Day-To-Day Will Look Like:
In this role, you’ll:
Own our digital marketing to support the sales team with a high volume of quality customers.
Report on campaign and channel performance and optimize for results.
Go beyond front end channel metrics to report on business results driven from marketing activity.
Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns across SEM, social media and display.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:
3+ years in digital marketing with SEM, and paid social experience.
Track record of positively impacting business results with digital marketing campaigns.
Experience with reporting on results using a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Strong data analysis skills with experience using excel, google sheets, Tableau or Microsoft BI.
Experience optimizing ad copy and landing pages to ensure a high quality score.
